I had moved several times in my life but frank enough I have never thought of having such a superb moving experience which I got this time from Green Van Lines. Right from start to final finish, the moving company was perfectly organized. The whole moving from Dallas, Texas to San Francisco CA was simply a breeze and I’m quite impressed by the way they carried out my move. I was in search of a trusted and professional service provider (usually everyone searches for a reliable moving service provider, so am I) who could help me in relocating our household goods and automobiles in a safe and quick possible way. That’s why in a bid to make my move a real success, I took the help of internet and browsed through some moving reviews. All the companies listed had both good and bad reviews. For some companies there were few good and all bad reviews, some had only bad reviews but there were none that had only good reviews. Green Van Lines too had some bad reviews but there were few bad and plenty of good reviews. Hence, called them up and booked their service.
I was pretty satisfied with their no-nonsense approach and their ability to execute exactly what they assure.
The moving quote provided by the company was very transparent and they offered me a full service move. The rate was neither too low nor too high for me. There were other companies that offered me cheap, in fact very cheap quotes, but I was afraid to select them because something that is cheap can never be the best. The moving crew engaged in the moving process was friendly, hardworking and they showed up on time. They were equally responsive over the phone and email. The head of the crew was smart, soft-spoken and was easy to deal with. His active participation in the moving process deserves special mentioning. The way he handled everything to ensure safety and security of the moving items was something more than expected. Not to end here, the guys also took the time in reassembling the furniture and heavy items as per my requirements, which I thought of executing by myself.
What impressed me a lot was their attire. They wore organic cotton uniform, green gloves and caps (I guess this was initiated to prove how environmental-conscious they are). Besides, they also took pain in wrapping the items with recyclable packing materials like bio-degradable packing crates, tapes etc in an effort to make a better and greener tomorrow. As I was carrying lots of delicate and electronic items with me, the mover was very vigilant about not making any injury or damage to the items while moving to final destination. They categorized the items and wrapped them scientifically (I believe they also know what sort of emotional and sentimental bonding a moving item has). What is so distinctive and what impelled customers to hire them again and again is their supplementary residential moving services like storage in transit, auto transport service, customized crating and more. The term ‘personalized moving experience’ certainly comes true with the mover.
Simply put we got what we expected from a reliable mover and believe me you won’t regret. Starting from the crew member to the truck driver, everyone was equally dedicated. Thank you guys for your excellent service and if ever I need to move in future, I will definitely contact you again.
