Ok, so I want to start off by saying that i was extremely nervous about this entire process from the very beginning. I'm sure anybody who has even thought about moving has heard the horror stories all over the internet. I almost decided to do the move myself after reading all the stuff online. Just for laughs I decided to put in for a quote, I ended up getting a bunch of phone calls and decided to listen to only a handful of this mumbo jumbo that was being given to me. I had a few other companies I thought about using but something struck me with Green Van Lines. I had a 4 bedroom house to move and it was pretty full. My wife and i decided to pack everything up ourselves to save money. So I expressed my concern of my valuable items to Ken and what I was most skeptical about was my artwork, vases, etc... BUT my main concern here was my piano . This piano has been in my family for years and i have moved it a few times each time just as nervous as the last . The other times that I moved it I used companies that specialized in that only. I thought I would quiz Ken a little bit and see if he was full of it or if he really knew what he was talking about. Needless to say he knew every detail on how to move a piano even the process with the keys. Turns out, they are licensed piano movers. The amount of professionalism and information I was given is not comparable to even the best vip service i have received on business trips. This made me feel very comfortable and much more RELIEVED. They quoted me at $3784 guaranteed price based on my inventory. The whole entire move it seemed to go flawlessly and I was very surprised in the end. On a side note I also decided to ship my 2011 Toyota Camry 2012 and they had somebody to handle that. He was just as professional as Ken and the whole "team" at Green Van Lines. All in all, throughout the transit I was a little nervous as usual and when they showed up ON TIME , with everything intact, I had a huge sigh of relief. (the title of this review) God forbid i have to move again I'm getting too old for this. But if i did I wouldn't dare use any other company.
