ARTHUR from Green Van Lines completely lied to me about their services. He told me that they are not a broker and you do all their own moving; however, individuals that delivered my goods did not work for Green Van Lines. The people who delivered my goods were haphazard with everything. My goods were tossed all over their truck. They had not packed them correctly at all – instead, they threw everything in there. What kind of professional movers work this way? And, what professional mover puts a glass coffee table flat on the bed of the truck?
In addition to my expensive coffee table being shattered, my art work has a hole in the back, my bicycle is not working properly, my TV cabinet broken, my dining room table corners are damaged, and several things are shattered. I paid an extra $300 for them to pack these things.
I will say that the individuals that picked up my goods were amazing. However, they hired other people to deliver the goods that were not professional movers.
