Deceitful and Incompetent

How I wish I had room in the space provided here to adequately descibe everything that this company did to us and to our belongings. However, without the pictures to support my statements, you probably wouldn't believe it anyway. Green Buffalo was THAT awful. They packed the moving truck like a garbage truck and every item of our furniture (except two chairs) was severely damaged. MANY items disappreared and have not been seen again. Our move was three months ago and, though Green Buffalo claims that some of these missing items were subsequently located, they do not my return calls or emails asking to have them identified and delivered. (Maybe they just decided to keep them?) We see them as vandals and thieves. Our losses from this company total about $25,000 (yes, twenty-five thousand dollars). They have offered us $200 (yes, two hundred dollars) in compensation. Again they are incompetent, deceitful and dishonorable. If you have anything of value ~ your time, your belongings, your peace of mind ~ please spare yourself and hire someone else to do your move.
