We contracted your company to move furniture and art from Gulfport, Mississippi to San Ramon California. Everybody we dealt with in the executive offices were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Josh came with a truck on Sunday July 25th with another driver, Kevin, to pick up the shipment. Josh was very professional and took great care to wrap each item with blankets and add packing material where needed. He was easy to work with and we felt that the move was in good hands. The people in California also reported that he behaved professionally and followed all their instructions on the delivery. The only damage (if you can call it that) was to a dresser (the handle came off) -I fixed it myself.
You are in the service business and you are as good as your people. I must give everyone who helped the highest score for being professional, friendly and responsive. Based on this experience I would definitely use your company for my next move in the future.
