DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
15 BBB complaints in the last 5 years (soon to be 16).
They misrepresent themselves, over-charge, then try to appease you by refunding a small percentage of your money. On top of that, they will ask you to sign a "settlement form", which has a confidentiality clause (nice try - but I figured my freedom of speech is worth more than the $100 they would have refunded).
Also (found this out after we hired them), the guy who came to our house to give us the estimate is the owner of the company. I'm guessing he doesn't disclose this because he wants you to think you are dealing with a large, reputable company. He weight estimate of our move was also off by 50% (not that we have any way of disputing the numbers - we never saw anything about the weight of the truck empty or full).
Do yourself a favor and go with a different mover. My advice would be for a nationally know company, Yes, their quote will be more, but you probably won't end of paying more. Save yourself the headache of dealing with an amateur.
