It was time to move back to the capital after working in IL for over a year. I hired Great Lakes Van Lines to move my belongings. They gave me a very logical estimate and I was quite happy to see how the broke down the cost. The crew of 4 men arrived on time to my apartment in IL. We struck the first hurdle when the elevator got busted for 2 hours. The crew waited patiently inside the apartment trying to get as much done as possible while the elevator was being fixed. They finished the job after the elevator was repaired. The best part was that they charged me only for one hour from those 2 extra hours. I was very touched seeing their professionalism. I will be very happy to recommend these guys.
