I hired Great American van lines relocate me at the end of this past October and over all the move was very smooth. I made my booking with Dana who was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Even when I called her on Sunday I expected to leave a voicemail but she answered and really made me feel like I was in good hands. Considering this was the first time I had moved with a company I had a million questions and she spent over a half hour on the phone with me explaining in detail exactly how the process would go. When the crew arrived the Friday morning they were very polite I had a great conversation with the foreman as we talked about our families. I was expecting to have such a stressful day but I stressed out more in the days leading up to the move then move day itself. They were in and out in just a few hours and I flew out the following day expecting to stay in a hotel for 3-10 business days since that was the window I was given on delivery. Two days later the driver called me directly and told me he would be delivering my items in 2 days with a time window. We coordinated and two days later by 5:00 pm a total of four days from when they picked up I was enjoying a glass a wine at my kitchen table. I couldn't be happier with the service I was provided and will most certainly recommend Rich at Great American van lines to any of my friends and family moving.
