Overall my move with Great American Van Lines went pretty smooth they arrived early which I was happy with, wrapped my furniture very well, too much shrink wrap boys lol, a good bunch of guys that made my move stress free. The communication with customer service was effective from the get go, delivery was on time online with my elevator booking. No complaints at all- a big thank you
