Great American Van Lines

Please, know that because of my business, I move an entire household at least every year to two years. With that in mind, my comments are based on experience with many different movers. This particular move using Great American Van Lines was not a household move, but was a very dicey move of my belongings from my ex-husband's home in Virginia to my own in Texas. Because of the many emotional variables this move was stressful and full of potential pitfalls. I won't go into those variables except to say that I was perfectly honest with my sales rep, Dana, as to what might or might not happen during the move. She was wonderful! Dana helped me plan for every inevitability. She dealt with me kindly and tactfully. Her moving people were very sensitive to the situation and were all gracious and kind. The move was done in lightning speed XXXpainlessly and without a missed beat. All my belongings arrived in Texas in perfect condition. Whew, thank goodness this story ended well in large part to Dana and Great American Van Lines! Thank you so much!
