I highly recommend Great American Van Lines for Moving. I also recommend Nathan as your customer service helper. Now let me tell you I had to move my retired mom from Salisbury, Jersey City to Sacramento, California. Moving my mom was difficult because she didn’t want to get rid of anything. I did an online search and found Great American Van Lines. I talked with Nathan from the sales department and David from Dispatch. He was upfront about pricing. Once I had a deal I was confident for the rest of my moving experience. If I had any questions I would call Nathan and he would answer them. On move day September 29, 2015. The gentlemen showed up to load my mom’s apartment. The driver Steve and his assistant Dan were Incredible. They made a stressful day easier, Eric and Will were fast and excellent. In-between I talked with Nathan about the progress of the truck. When truck arrived I was again very pleased with Driver and assistant. I don’t remember their names. Sorry guys, you deserve to be mentioned. After move was done Nathan called to check on everything. I would recommend Great American Van Lines for your move. Moving a PARENT can be HARD. Great American Van Lines did great job and their personal is extremely patient and knowledgeable at what they do. It is nice to know that you can pick up the phone and get the answers you need.
