We had a booking with Great American Van Lines for our relocation last month. It was a great experience; the movers did things to the best of their efforts: they packed us up, moved us into their storage, and when I realized that I let them pack some of our very important document files they managed to do it with utmost care. Right from initial phone conversation from their customer- service department, things went in order. On the moving day, the crew arrived on time. The movers were considerate and managed to provide us with boxes for our stuff as we had not even basic packing solutions at home. On delivery, it was a different moving crew but they worked equally as quickly and professionally as the movers on pick-up. I am very satisfied with them.
