My items were in a storage facility and I had to move them into my new apartment. Some of the items were packed and some were not. This I discovered when the movers arrived. I was reassured by the movers that the moving blankets would protect all the items that were not covered. I was very happy with the service I received from Great American Van Lines, and would definitely recommend them.
