I was in a panic. I knew I made the wrong choice when I got the call from the moving company I selected to say that they will not have a carrier available for me for another 4 days. I had gotten a quote from Great American Van Lines from NJ but opted to go the cheaper route. Nathan my consultant was very professional when I told him. He wished me luck and gave me some advice. Glad I took it. I swallowed my prided called him up to see if he can rescue me from the situation I was in. He consulted with his operations team and they found a solution. They had me over a barrel and could have increased my price. However, they honor the original cost which was a very classy move on their part. The service was just as promised. Nothing more nothing less. That is the best to ask for when have someone is moving you.
