This was my first time using a moving company and I had a lot of expectations after reading reviews on this and other sites about Great American Van Lines. I spoke with Nate in sales who was diligent and professional and walked me through the process step by step. He gave me a guaranteed price and even included the materials up front. Great American Van Lines moved my 4 bedroom home in Greenwich down to a storage facility in Washington DC. I took a job down there so most of my items went to storage, but they delivered some stuff (beds, living room, etc) to our new smaller apartment. Both moving crews were nice and took great care with my items. I am happy to have chosen Great American Van Lines and will use them in the future if I need a mover.
