it was my first time long distance move from NY to texas.after so many good reviews n search I decided to pick this company.i had 2 bedroom apartment.i didn't have to much stuff.4 men came to pick up my stuff.they asked for $200 tip.they asked for toll money which they gave 72 dollars to come from jersey.then tell me we charge for using our tape to wrap the furniture they hardly use 10 roll n make the bill of using 25 tapes.i had 2 tv and offered for free packing.when I unpacked my boxes next day I noticed my 1 tv is missing.i called to the dispatched department many times but no answer.first they sent 16 wheeler truck in residential area for delivery which can not came in out appatment entrance gate.i pay$ 375 more for uhaul truck .I bought home depot boxes which are durable but my many kitchen dishes were broken.my 2 wall mirrors which they packed were broken.all boxes were in bad condition.i had a very bad experience with them.
