We used Great American last month and I am beyond satisfied with the service and attitude. Great American were very professional, polite, not pushy, honest about any changes , and easy to work with. I believe the cost I paid was fair and affordable. Afterwards, I received a follow-up call from a customer service dude and that was also helpful because I got to go over my bill again and ask any questions I had. Use them. It was worth it.
