This moving experience with this company was the worst ever, they overcharged 500$ over and above what was quoted, after they loaded all my shipment and before they unloaded from their truck. I was told at the outset that I would be dealing with only one person regarding following up of all my shipment. They subcontracted the shipment, and subsequently, kept asking me to contact other people in the subcontracted company to track my shipment. I had specifically requested that my shipment NOT be delivered prior to a certain date at the time the contract was drawn out, and this was promised to me. However, after the shipment was picked up, Nathan did not care. Despite the fact that I was told I would get 30 days of free storage, I was threatened multiple times that I would have to pay extra for the storage. At the time of delivery, not only were they late, but they did not tell me WHICH person would be delivering my shipment until that day. When the delivery person got to my new apartment, he did not even know who Nathan (the person who I had signed the contract with) was. The driver also threatened multiple times to take my shipment back to the storage, unless extra money was paid to him before unloading. When I checked my inventory, items were missing, and all my dinnerware was broken despite the fact that the box had been marked fragile 5 times. Parts of my bicycle were also broken and cost me extra money to get it fixed later. Overall, it was a horrible, highly unprofessional and rude experience. They are cheats and liars.
