I move around this great country approximately every 5 years as my career forces me to. So I am like a professional mover! But me as a customer v. being the moving company professional. I have been in North Jersey for past 5 years due to work in this geographical region. I had always hired local movers from phone book in the past.
This time, I went online and Great American Moving and at least 5 other companies contacted me. Talk about time-saving. Time is $. I entered my info online, Great American and others called, I book 1-2-3, bing bang boom with Great American due to their professional demeanor. Done. Simple. Their knowledgable staff at Great American answered my questions quickly on phone and via email.
They dropped off packing materials pronto. I packed my items. They picked up my boxes and furniture in a timely manner. As I told them I had antique furniture that was nearly museum quality, I was happy to see that they hand-carry each and every piece of this valuable furniture. They carefully wrapped with bubblewrap and boxes and free blankets these pieces of antique furniture that has been in my family many generations.
Delivery was just as good if not better, they hand-carry, unwrap, set furniture where I wanted and all in a very professional way. On-time. Polite. I am writing this online as a testament to their excellent work.
I told them I was diarizing this into my online calendar and will be calling them in about 4 1/2 years for my next move. I recommended them to 2 other family members who also had this excellent moving experience as I did.
