We had an unusual move in that we knew that we would be moving to Florida, but due to a job situation, we did not know the exact location for the move. We asked to have our items stored for 2 months and then shipped. We simply stated Florida on the moving documents. Their agent assured us this was fine and entered a zip code to be able to give us a quote. She told us the quote would be adjusted up or down based on the actual zip code for the delivery. Our final destination ended up being about 10 hours closer than the original zip code they used. The moving company refused to readjust our final cost. At that point they had all of our furniture so we had no choice but to pay them so that they would deliver. What they ended up delivering was a pile of mangled boxes and broken furniture. We were so disappointed with this service and the fact that so much of our furniture now has to be replaced. Please do not choose this company.
