I recently did a local move with this company. I went with the hourly rate instead of the flat rate because of the price difference. My sales person ensured me that the movers would not sit around and waste time, well they didn't do that, they were actually really fast. They did treat my belongings very well. They wrapped everything so I did not have scratches on any of my furniture, thank god! I was worried about my leather couches, but everything turned out really well.
