We moved last year June 2012 from West Seattle to Yardley, PA.
I didn't call for their representative to come and give us an estimate, instead we packed our stuff (2BR house), and sent pictures for evaluation altogether with the number of boxes and a list of things to be moved. Difference in price came because we decided to keep some extra boxes which didn't fit in our SUV. However, as and advice if you want a good estimate just ask the guys to go together at the weight station this way you know better what is real price.
Is a good thing to pack all by yourself as you usually pay more attention to your things; however these guys came with blankets and wrapped the fragile boxes and things (bike, furniture, snowboards...).
Once we found a place we called the company to bring our stuff ; delivery time was ok for us (about 5 days after we call) - the driver called us one day before giving us an approximate hour (was supposed to be Saturday afternoon but was actually Sunday morning).
No damages to our stuff, only a bike bell was crushed but I can live with that. Driver and his helper brought everything inside the house, put the stuff at the indicated locations, no complains no hassle.
All in all their service was very good - if we'll have to move back to Puget Sound I'll try to use their service again.
