I was very hesitative doing business with Great American because of their BBB
rating.
I decided to go with an A+ rated company and this company notified me they won't be able to make my move with a 2 hours advanced notice! I immediately called Great American Moving & Storage asking for help and they gave me the same rate they offered at the first place and gladly they did not take any advantage of my situation.
I would like to say that the BBB rating means nothing for me anymore and that Great American Moving 7 Storage Deserves an A++ rate at least for my move!
