Several weeks ago I moved to TX from WA because I had to start my job immediately. I kept all my items in their storage unit back in Texas. All the companies I called in that time said that I have to be present at the move date because of the Legal process and the insurance policy. When I called Great American I was relieved to hear that by signing a simple form (Power of an attorney) my items will be able to be delivered to me without my presence needed so I didn't have to miss work days and pay extra for flights and all expenses involved such as hotels and etc. It's good to know that there some several companies that do think out of the box.
