I recently have been looking for moving companies to contract with for a move to VA to OK. Grand Express was in the mix of these and my husband and I had spoken of contracting them for our move. Bad move. I had recieved a phone call from a sales rep today while I was on the way home from my aunt's law school graduation in Tennessee, where I had shortly lost signal. When my cell phone signal came back I had two rude voicemails left on my phone from the sales rep saying how i rudely hung up on him and he no longer wanted my business. He then followed up with calling me again saying the same things and hung up on me. I called back to explain my situation and he continued to call me rude with out even apologizing for the behavior he expressed on a situation he did not know the details on. I will no longer continue to consider this business for my move and I would not recommend them to anyone based off of how rude they are. If you can't respect me how should I expect you to respect my belongings?
