I was tricked into hiring this company based on a false estimate. The company initially claimed they use high-tech software that will provide an accurate estimate for your move. I believe that is a tactic to get you to hire them. However, when they arrive to move your items they say you have a lot of stuff and it is going to cost much more, by that time it's too late to get another company because your items are packed and ready to move. The amount I paid was twice the original estimate. This company failed to deliver my items on the requested delivery date. When they finally delivered the items, several things were broken and/or damaged, but their insurance only covers .60 per pound for damage. They are unresponsive to complaints and have multiple companies moving your items. Please stay away from this company. This move created a lot of stress for me.
