Horrible Moving Company...Stay away

I called and scheduled my move 3 weeks before my move date. The guy handling my appointment time was nice and seemed helpful. I was scheduled to be moved on August 28, 2010 between 8am-10am. 10am came and went and I didn't hear from the company. I called them at noon and spoke with Blake and who told me that they were running behind and that he would contact the crew and find out the details. I never heard back from him. I called him back at 2pm to check the status and he said that the crew hadn't returned his call but that he would keep trying. I called again at 4pm and he said they were heading my way. The crew finally showed up close to 5pm. I mentioned something to one of the crew members about them being 6 hrs late and he rudley replied that it wasn't his fault. Well it sure as hell wasn't my fault! Both guys on the crew were very unprofessional. One of them came in and plugged in his cell phone to charge without asking my permission and the other one took one look at my children's twin beds and said that they don't reasemble those kinds of beds. I called Blake back and he said that they would because it was stated in my contact. I showed the moving crew my contract where it said that they would disassemble and reassemble all of the beds and he didn't respond. When they arrived at my new apartment that was on the 3rd floor, the guy acted put out that I was moving to a 3rd floor apartment. It stated it plain as day on the contract. They unloaded everything and did not reassemble any of the 3 beds or dining room table that they took apart. I called and spoke to Dwayne the supervisor that following Monday and told him that he needed to educate his employees on their customer service skills and that they had neglected to fulfill my contact. After arguing with him, he finally said that he would refund me $30.00 for the reassembling of the 3 beds. Dwayne said that his book keeper was out until Wednesday but she would take care of it then and i should have it by Saturday Sept 4, 2010 and here it is Sept 29, 2010 and i have not received anything from that company.
