Using this company was the worst moving decision I have ever made. I scheduled them to come out to my house on a Thursday morning. I was supposed to get a confirmation call the day before, and never did. I called all day on Wednesday and even sent an email to the main address and Scott, the moving representative. I never got any sort of response. When Thursday morning came along, I called 3 different numbers about 30 times(no exaggeration) and my call was not answered one time. I also send 4 emails throughout the entirety of the morning and never received a response back on any of my FIVE emails. I was hung out to dry with all my things packed and ready on my moving day. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! Horrible customer service, completely unacceptable. We ended up going with 3 Men Movers. They were able to show up 2 hours after we called them on our moving day. No problems whatsoever.
