I reserved a move date with Got It Moving LLC two weeks before my move date. They called and confirmed it two days prior for that Fri. at 9:00 am. Everyone i talked to was nice and helpful so I thought this would be sweatless. The day of the move and 10:00am rolls around. I have heard nothing from the movers so i called the company. I was told that they were caught in traffic and running late. Okay I can understand that. Noon comes and still hear nothing. I called back and was told that an earlier move was running over and they would be to me in an hour (this after being told I was the first move of the day). Now at 3:00 I'm still waiting. Once again I call them and spoke with Dwayne who aknowledged being the manager. He was completly rude and treated me as though it was my fault that HIS movers never showed up. This is a horrible company that no right being in business. Never should anyone use them!!!
