First of all, when I first scheduled the movers, customer service was Great! One day of move, i had a specific time scheduled. The movers were an hour and half late and made me miss my move due to storage closing. Then after speaking with manager he scheduled another appointment for the next day with window of 11-1. Needless to say they did not show up until 3:30. This is after making numerous calls and being told they would call back, they didnt and quit anwering my calls. Very unprofessional and unreliable.
