Dear Gaby, I wanted to take a minute to write to you both to tell you what a fantastic job your company did for me in moving my home. This was my fifth cross country move but my first with Gold Coast Relocation, and boy do I wish I had known about you sooner. My entire experience dealing with your company was nothing but pleasant and I honestly felt like I was treated the right way from my initial phone call until the movers delivered in Hollywood, Florida. I contacted White Glove in April of 2013 and spoke with Michael, the sales manager, about getting a quote. We spoke for a good hour about White Glove and how the entire moving process works. We didn’t go over anything about cost at that time, but I came away from that conversation knowing I would use you guys if the price was reasonable. Michael informed me that I needed to begin making a list of the items I was moving to ensure an accurate flat rate. I spent the next 2 months preparing a list of what was going and what was staying, and called him in June to go over it. He was very helpful and thorough, and he walked me through your different packing options which I found very convenient. We settled on a flat rate using your silver package and he assured me the movers would be there on the morning of July 18, 2013. The movers arrived as promised and were extraordinary. They spent 6 hours at my home wrapping all of my furniture and breakables and I can’t stress enough how impressed I was with the time and care they put in to making sure this was done right. As I had discussed with Michael, we were still building our new home in Florida so I needed about a month and a half of storage. He had informed me this was no problem and that they always provide up to a month of storage free of charge to their customers. Once our new home was finished, I called Jennifer in operations to tell her we were ready and she informed me our stuff would be on the next truck down to Florida. 5 days later, the truck arrived and Julian and his helpers were also fantastic. They took direction from my husband and I about what items went where, and left only when we were satisfied. They removed all of the blankets and boxes as well which saved us a lot of time. I also want to personally thank Julie – I had called a few days before our delivery to find out my storage balance for the extra 16 days, and she was kind enough to waive the storage fees for the extra days. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I feel blessed to have found your company. Regards, Denny S.
