Five stars for Gold Coast Relocation! Even though I am only one person, I have A LOT of stuff, including some larger pieces of furniture, so I needed some excellent movers to assist me with my first floor apartment to a down town NY fourth floor condo move. Albert and Moir gave me a call when they were leaving the warehouse and arrived right when they said they would. After they parked the truck, I pointed out what needed to go and they got right to work. They were extremely efficient and friendly and took the time to carefully wrap and secure every single one of my items, using supplies that were included in the price of my move (GET HELP WITH PACKING – AMAZING WORK!). They even made sure to disassemble my bed and part of the dresser so that they could be efficiently transported! As soon as the apartment was packed, we headed out to my new condo (15 min away) and they got to work again as soon as we arrived. They had everything into my top floor unit and unwrapped/reassembled in record time, without any wall bumps or floor scratches- bravo! The guys had a great attitude and were experienced. I highly recommend Gold Coast Relocation; the value for the price blew my expectations out of the water! A few notes: I scheduled my move by emailing the Agent, Steve, about two months in advance of my move and never received a confirmation call closer to the move date, so I ended up calling him to confirm. Although I was on the schedule and everything was fine, a 'reminder' would have been nice. Also, they accept Amex Visa and MasterCard.Thank you!! Joseph
