We used a space of 92 inches x 92 inches x 7 foot, converted into cubic feet= 425.888000 cubic yards. I was their when the first pickup was done and in the truck and measured it and on the phone with my brother telling him what the measurement was at the time and they charged my mother more money for more space that never was used. I called my brother at the time and is in the "CLOUD" for when the court system takes this up. I specifically did the at the time of the truck moving pickup so then it would be in the cloud. Also, they were late to pickup the items from my mothers condo from 5 P.M late to 8 P.M that night and told my mother at the time that she needed to sign the papers for them to start packing and they did not have a number of cost yet on the form and she had to be at the airport for her flight or she would be late for her flight so she signed the paper and later they put the numbers in their on the form. This was a force of action pushed on my mother at the time of the move and they were the late ones and she could not hang around she had a flight at 11 P.M. that evening. So she signed it thinking it was 1,700.00 dollars and it ended up being 4,100.00 dollars.
This company can not be trusted and all that take them on make sure you measure out the load and make sure the numbers are right. They do not do figures in cubic feet correct. They should be taken off the market and never be aloud to do business in moving or transport again.
Is what I call criminals at work.
