I agree with the negative reviews listed here and re-iterate the same frustrations. I was quoted a price of $1440 based on cubic feet. Every other company used weight, so it seemed like a good deal. They were two hours late to pick up and did not call. I did not know to shrink wrap everything so we were charged for packing materials. The movers did not want to be there and seemed bothered to move my things. They left empty tape rolls and materials around our house for us to pick up. When the total was given, it was $2700!! I was floored. The guy said nothing could be taken off the truck at that point, which I am sure was not true. I was outraged but stuck. We paid it but complained to the company. They did offer a $200 credit but it was not enough to resolve my opinion of the company. You have other choices. Go elsewhere.
Our stuff did arrive and these movers were better. Our boxes were pretty beat up and one bookshelf had to be thrown away. Otherwise, seemingly good condition and on time.
