I can't even begin to describe the experience. The head of the moving company called me to tell me they had arrived 30 early. I was a block away and I said I would be there in five minutes and the dispatcher started screaming at me and threatened to leave the job. He cursed at me and yelled that I was just sitting inside wasting their time. I had to beg him to keep the crew there.
When they arrived, the move appeared to go ok. It was not until hours after them left I realized they stole two boxes of expensive wine, which also included irreplaceable valuables I had collected from my travels. When I called to complain, Max told me it was my fault for not checking the truck was empty! He said they had already checked in the truck and it was empty.
Please do not use this company. They are aggressively priced but they are also abusive to their customers and they employ thieves. Spread the word.
