The services of Go East Movers are making me somewhat speechless in terms of their efficiency and work ability. Patric and his boys seemed like thugs when they came over but were more that polite and professional when we got to know them. Charlotte the customer services lady was very sweet and understanding. She never seemed to have used the word “no” at any moment of our conversation. Whatever we requested it was always a “sure, will be done” from her and with all doubts cleared GEM was sure to get our business. This was something that they not only took up but finished with quality. Well everything that can be understood in terms of packing, moving, delivering and set-up was just perfect. Patric and his men can to the delivery and they too were excellent and did the home set up and unloading with a lot of care and understanding. Our new neighbours were surprised to see the quality with which the boxes were stacked and delivered. This is about as much as I can say about this company. The services were just excellent from the beginning right to the end. I am sure that this review will be read by many customers and they would like GEM just as I did.
