I actually run a small retail business, being a departmental store it was important for us to deliver all our food stuff before it approached expire. This was the first time we were to shift shop and needed professional help to ensure a damage free move. The move naturally included electronic gadgets, racks and a lot of stuff that fills the racks. Most companies were not agreeing to help us because they knew it involved food items which could very easily fall prey to theft and expiry if the delivery was to get delayed.
One day I happened to site a Go East Movers truck. Instantly I called GEM and told them about my business. They sent a supervisor at my place to discuss all the terms and charges. To my surprise, they took all the responsibility to any damage to food items. I was really shocked to see this.
Next day their team came at my warehouse and carefully loaded all our stuff onto the truck. They distributed all the items the same day and without any damage what so ever. I was really happy with the prompt and professional service of GEM. I am very happy with their services and promise to only choose their services in the future if I ever am in need of packing and moving assistance.
