Last month I had to move to a new place with all my belongings and house items, so I hired a movers and packers company to transport all the cargo along with my piano. They transported all the items to my new place but when I asked them about my piano then they had no idea about it. After so many calls and talks, finally they located that my piano was in a remote location and that they had delivered it to the wrong address. The most annoying thing was that they were not even taking any responsibility for this. Even after so many heated arguments they did not deliver my piano to the correct address and charged the entire fee in advance.
With no solution left I started looking for another packing company, at that point of time my friend told me about the Go East moving company. At first I was little sceptic about this company because of my past bad experience.
I told them about my past experience and the location of the place from where the piano had to be transported to my new location. Within two days they went there and brought my piano back without damaging it and handled it with care. I think this is an effort that deserves a lot of praise. Thanks GEM.
