I have worked with movers in my professional life; this company was exceptional in every step of the process. Customer Services lady was wonderful on the phone to work with, patient in answering all my questions (and I had a lot). She spoke good English and that was very important, some other companies you find it difficult to even get the message across. She put everything in writing as per what we agreed. They confirmed my appointment on Friday for my Sunday move AND the guys came right on the time...8 am sharp. This is very important if you are working on a restricted time frame. The overall experience with packing, professionalism and handling was fantastic. The furniture was blanket wrapped and crockery was properly bubbled packed. The Loaders were hard working, easy to deal with AND fast, all of the 3 men who had come for packing could speak English. There was one earlier instance with another company where the loaders were blank in terms of their English skills. So it was like a game of Dumb Shiraz. But these people were definitely American Educated and spoke apt English. We had a perfect damage free move. Thank you Go East Movers.
