I am a small business owner and I needed to move to my first newly purchased house. This was exciting for me and at the same time it needed it to be done with a lot of co-ordination. I choose Go East Movers after reading a lot of good detailed reviews of this company. Most clients seem to be very impressed with their service. I called their help line and was answered by a lady. She was very efficient and spoke the best English ever. I did ask her whether she was the owner of the company, looking at the marketing skills. To my surprise she was employed by the company. She was sharp and quickly to take a note of what was the requirement of my shift. The main criteria of my move was; to move on a Saturday. The lady explained me that the Saturday schedule was very packed and requested me to consider a Friday. I requested her to please make some arrangement to pick me on the weekend as I too am a business owner. She assured me that she needed time but would definitely get back with some solution. After an hour the phone rang and it was her again, she has fixed the move for a Saturday but was in the second half. This was acceptable to me, the move was done perfectly. I had no damage and everything went as per my plan. I recommend Go East Movers very strongly for all their good work.
