Worst moving experience we ever had. It was the biggest mistake of my life going with them bc they had the cheapest quote. It actually ended up costing us way more because they gave a quote of $1080 and ended up charging us $1900. We should have gone with the better company.
They showed up three hours late the night they were supposed to pick up our stuff and when you call the "dispatch" number it goes to the only sales girls voice-mail so we just had to wait and wonder if they were coming showed up in a truck with no logo on it. At this point, I didn't want to send my stuff with them but we had to be out of our rental that day.
Then the nightmare really began!!!!
This "moving company" took a month and a half to deliver our stuff. When I would call them and ask when our stuff would be arriving, the only person that works for them beside the drivers they contract out, Jennifer, would scream at me and tell me to stop calling her and that she didn't know when our stuff would be here. They told us five different dates before it actually showed up (we started to think that we would never see it again..even the California moving association has never heard of them). When they did finally arrive 1.5 months after they picked it up from our house, half of our stuff was broken, all the boxes were torn and looked like they had been through a hurricane, the mover stood on our $400 dresser in front of us and we watched him brake it (which he said he didn't), some stuff never showed up, etc. Now we have to file a claim which will take forever and they only pay .42 cents/ pound so won't cover our stuff anyway (if we can even get any money out of them).
I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau but I hope no one uses them and has to go through what we went through! WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER
