MISSING 42" Flat Screen TV - Won't return calls

Upon delivery, we instantly noticed a 42" TV was missing. It was noted on the paperwork and we were promised a call within 48 hours from Global (which never came). After repeated calls from us, the TV was located in their warehouse 2 days later and we are STILL WAITING for resolution. The company will NO LONGER RETURN OUR CALLS. All items were packed sufficiently and the moving teams was quick and efficient. However their customer service comes to a screeching halt upon any problem. COST WAS MORE THAN 50% MORE THAN ESTIMATED, even though we left many large items behind due to the unexpected increase in cost.
