This was the worst moving experience of our lives. We have done many over the years, but this company was horrible on both the origination end as well as the destination end. They use subcontractors at each location and both were quite poor. They were unprofessional, unreliable, and sloppy. At the destination end, we have several big-ticket items (2 big-screen TVs and some fine china) missing, and we had a lot of damaged items (queen mattress, brand new washer/dryer). The company would not communicate with us at all once they got paid. We have no recourse but to file a claim, but they will not repay for what we have lost... very sad. The move cost us nearly $10,000 and the damages for lost or damaged items was about $2500.
