Horrible service, contract not satisfied

1) No returning calls/emails, no providing exact delivery date.
2) I paid for the "Custom furniture cover" to protect the sofa. The sofa DIDN'T come with any custom cover.
3) The contract stated that it was included "..Disassembly, reassembly and placement of all furniture upon delivery. .."
Instead, the furniture was left outdoor, under the tree with no protection (dirt and grass on the ground). The driver was not willing to wait for my contact because he was in a rush.
The driver said that their service was just to leave the furniture outside and leave.
