I had the misfortune of choosing this company to move my only belongings to the USA from the UK.
The sub-contracted packers took away my belongings on December 21st, 2010. I arrived in the USA on Christmas Eve and continuously chased the managing director - Ben Scheiner - who was handling my shipment, via long distance phone calls as well as numerous emails in order to pay him the outstanding balance I owed for the shipment. Global Relocations had my shipment in their warehouse for over a month before being able to give me the final balance I owed. This meant I was unable to see where my family was financially.
During this time Mr. Scheiner lied to me, was curt and rude to me via email as well as one time on the phone when he blamed me for interrupting his 'work' when his secretary put my call through to him!
Needles to say that my shipment arrived well over the highest end of the estimated delivery time 6-8 weeks. I only am thankful that my wife and I do not currently have children because had their belongings taken roughly 9 weeks to arrive I doubt that we would have any nerves left.
I work in adult mental health and have done so for over 13 years and it took all my training and skills to keep myself and my family from losing 'it'.
In short - do yourself and your family's health a favour - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
