I cannot say enough good things about Georgetown Moving. I used them for the first time last week to pack up and move my 87 year old mother's large independent living apartment. She was downsizing to a small assisted living apartment. The crew was so respectful of the stress of the situation. They were professional, fast, efficient, and thoughtful. The contents were going to three different places: the new apartment, one daughter's home in Chevy Chase, and another's in Silver Spring. They packed delicate china and crystal and a priceless and fragile antique china closet. They wrapped and protected everything. Not one item was broken, scratched or lost. I have been a legal administrator for 25 years and have handled countless small and large office moves. These guys by far are the most professional and efficient movers ever. I give them my highest endorsement and absolutely will use them whenever I need a mover.
