I would say the reviews on this site were written entirely by the owners of the company, but I've corresponded with them and they aren't capable of writing this well. I had an absolutely horrible experience with them. They showed up an hour late despite my very tight loading windown with my building, informed me that the move would take twice as long as I was quoted (conveniently too late for me to find somebody else to do the move before my lease was up). From start to finish, they pull exactly the same rip-off techniques they claim to be above.
