(1) Lied about cost. (2) After taking furniture, refused to deliver it on agreed move-in date. (3) Had no choice but to take an unpaid day off of work to meet movers, who showed up out of the blue 5 days early. (4) The relatively low cost of the move was offset by the cost of the exterminators for THE BEDBUG INFESTATION they brought with them.
