I'm reaching out to anyone who has had a FSV delivery in the past 4 months. We were missing 3 boxes from our load, delivered 4/28/15 from Dallas to Colorado via Houston, at least one of which we now know for certain contained framed family photos. Please, many of these are irreplaceable, inherited photos. My grandmother passed away two years ago, and several of the photos in those boxes were of her: her bridal portrait in the original, custom, hand-carved frame, photos that I had taken of her as I was growing up (and thus don't have digital copies of), etc. There was also a hand-drawn portrait of my father-in-law from when he was about 12. Please, I am begging you. If you received these boxes by mistake, please do not throw them away. I will pay you to FedEx them to us. We don't care how far away you are. Please. I cannot stress to you how heartbreaking this has been for us. Anything else can be replaced, but not these photos. You can email me at careybjornnes@gmail.com.
Imagine losing the one person who meant more to you than anyone in the whole world, and then imagine losing the majority of the record of your time together. Please help us.
As of now, despite having informed the company immediately of this mistake, we have not heard from them AT ALL. Our attempts to email have returned as undeliverable and attempts to file a claim via their 3rd party insurance provider have so far proven unsuccessful. We don't want money. We just want these photos back. They are more precious to us than any dollar amount.
