Great workers, poor customer service

I have absolutely no complaints with the movers sent by Full service van lines. They were all very skilled and experienced and they arrived right on time. My issue is with their customer service. The people who take the phone calls don’t seem necessarily friendly all the time. I think maybe they need a lesson from their coworkers who use the muscles. I was very impressed by the attitude of the men, they were very professional.
